Perry County Area Agency on Aging offers free Tai Chi for Arthritis to seniors 60 and older at the Tressler Memorial Free Lutheran, 3581 Shermans Valley Road, Loysville. Classes take place outside but move inside in case of bad weather.

Classes take place until June 2, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Perry County Area on Aging agency invites seniors over 60 to a summer walking program. Walkers will meet once a month at Little Buffalo State Park. Walks start at Pavilion 2 (use pool entrance to park). Walk journals will be distributed during the first session on May 12. Participants will be able to track daily walking totals.

Group walk dates are at 9:30 a.m. on May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8 and October 13.
