West Harbor brings the West Coast’s first social club for dogs and dog lovers – Bark Social – to LA Waterfront

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bark Social, an upscale beer garden, social club and retail experience for dog lovers, has signed on to open its Premier West Coast location in West Harbor, a 42-acre dining and entertainment destination on the Los Angeles waterfront in San Pedro. This indoor/outdoor membership venue hosts a professionally supervised off-leash yard and features a fully stocked bar and cafe. Bark Social will join an eclectic mix of harborside establishments, including an award-winning brunch spot, a world-class 20,000 square foot beer garden and beer garden, unique waterfront attractions and cruises, an immersive arts experience and other unique, authentic and fun restaurants, shops and amenities that continue to make West Harbor a true one-stop dining and entertainment destination for locals, tourists and now, their dogs.

Bark Social, a dog-friendly bar and off-leash beer garden with dogs, will feature a retail store with loot, self-service wash stations and a wide range of puppy menu items, including puppy ice cream, pupsicles, pupcakes, dog treats and dog beer. For their two-legged guests, Bark Social will offer free high-speed WiFi, indoor and outdoor TVs, a climate-controlled clubhouse, and serve craft beer, cocktails (including their famous frosé), wine, coffee and snacks. A fully supervised off-leash dog bar for dogs and humans allows pet owners to let loose while their dogs sniff, socialize and run safely with dedicated “rangers” who keep the peace. Bark Social will offer a wide range of programming including trivia nights, big game watch nights, karaoke, movie nights and drag bingo.
